1. Program Name
These Terms & Conditions govern the useVoca Alerts program, operated by Tyche, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to or using the useVoca Alerts program, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Service Description
The useVoca Alerts program provides automated real-time SMS alerts to business owners when a new customer lead is captured by our AI voice receptionist. When a potential customer calls your business and speaks with the Voca AI receptionist, you will receive an SMS notification containing the caller's name and the service they requested, allowing you to follow up promptly.
3. Opt-In & Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and enabling SMS alerts through your Voca dashboard, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from the useVoca Alerts program. You understand that consent is not a condition of purchase and that you may opt out at any time as described below.
4. Cancellation & Help
You have full control over your SMS notifications:

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the short code. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

For help, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.
Once you have opted out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from the useVoca Alerts program unless you re-subscribe through your dashboard.
5. Carriers & Fees
Please be aware of the following important disclosures regarding your wireless carrier and associated fees:
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
Message frequency varies.
The frequency of messages depends on the volume of incoming leads your AI receptionist handles. You may contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging plan and any applicable charges.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. For detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please review our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or mobile data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued participation in the useVoca Alerts program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
