Voca is a business-to-business (B2B) software platform that provides an AI-powered voice receptionist for local service professionals, including landscapers, plumbers, and HVAC technicians. We also collect account information (email address and password) from business owners who register for a Voca dashboard account.

We collect names, phone numbers, and call details via our AI voice receptionist solely to provide lead notifications to the business owner. Specifically, we use this information to:

• Deliver real-time lead alerts to the business owner via SMS and email
• Display lead information on the business owner's secure dashboard
• Improve the quality and accuracy of our AI receptionist service

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• With the business owner who subscribes to Voca, so they can follow up on leads generated through their AI receptionist
• With trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform (e.g., hosting, SMS delivery), under strict confidentiality agreements
• When required by law, regulation, or legal process

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption provided by Supabase for data storage and transmission. Our security practices include:

We retain lead data for as long as the business owner's account remains active, or as needed to provide our services. If a business owner closes their account, we will delete associated lead data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
